At Auzi Premier Care, we provide a range of disability services and aim to make each of our participant’s life easier, fairer, and more involved by participating within their own communities.
Auzi Premier Care is a company that was established with the sole aim of offering disability services that put the participant as a priority in creating opportunities, promoting independence and progression in a safe and non-discriminative environment.
- OUR SERVICES -
SUPPORT COORDINATION
Our dedicated Support Coordinator team member will help you understand your NDIS plan, activate it, and work with other people in your circle of support (family, friends, service providers, therapists and community and mainstream support such as doctors) in order to meet the goals of your unique NDIS. We will be there with you throughout your first plan and assist you to prepare for your next plan. Our friendly and reliable team is here to answer all your questions.
ASSISTANCE WITH SOCIAL & COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION
We provide professional support services such as support with shopping, medical appointments, sporting and recreational events, social activities, visiting, or making new friends, travel and transport, and building confidence and social skills.
SELF-CARE ASSISTANCE
Our professional support workers can assist you with your self-care hygiene routine to allow you to feel refreshed and confident every day. Some of these supports can include help with dressing, showering, and toileting.
LAWN & GARDENING MAINTENANCE
We provide professional lawn & gardening maintenance services such as weed-eating, lawn mowing, and much more.
HOUSEHOLD TASKS & MEAL PREPARATION
We provide professional assistance with household tasks such as meal preparation and delivery, house maintenance, cleaning, and laundry.
